What I offer at ŌHIA:

Thai Yoga Massage (DE/EN)
This session can best be described as a motherly touch: Warm, caring and loving while at the same time firm and steady. For the receiver, the beauty and the challenge are to completely let go of any intention to hold, to do or to support. I work highly intuitively and yet on your entire body, moving it into any direction it wants and needs to be moved - freeing the path to release energy leaving you feeling vital and deeply rested.

What to expect:
A space to unfold, untangle and to rediscover.

Qualifications:
Certified Thai Yoga Massage Therapist, Reiki Level 1, Certified Ayurvedic Massage Therapist, trainings in Thai Osteo Therapy, Certified Neuro Yoga ™ (Trauma Sensitive Yoga) Practitioner

Life wisdom:
Life could be worse. But it’s not.

Favourite book:
Too many! At the moment I’m reading The Body Keeps the Score  by Bessel van der Kolk

“I f there was one thing I wish I would have realized earlier, then it is that there is only one thing in life that I really HAVE to: to die eventually. And this is the one thing I practice every day. When I wake up, I thank that I am alive. That I was given yet another day. Another breath. Another heart beat.

To do what I feel is right, to do what brings joy to me and others. Every savasana, every meditation, every massage or whatever I teach or practice – the essence is to open our eyes to wake up and to realize we are alive.
