“Meditation and yoga have been a part of my life since I was 13, but it wasn’t until my body was unable to move for one month from an unexpected incident a few years ago, where I began to truly tune in to the wisdom of my body and breath. I learned that the practice of patience, compassion and self-forgiveness are necessary ingredients needed throughout this path on Earth. Everything is a practice.

 

When a challenging moment presents itself, I find myself returning to meditation, movement and sounds as my anchor. Every day, I choose these tools to create a space where I feel grounded, freely creative and empowered. As my journey of self-inquiry deepens, an even deeper gratitude radiates from my heart, in knowing that I have the opportunity to share and exchange this journey with others around me.
