“In order to heal my childhood trauma, I had to look at it deeply, feel the pain, embrace my inner child and mourn the loss of certain parts of me. Today I understand my coping mechanisms and emotions and keep exploring them with curiosity.

I don’t see myself anymore as a victim, but as a survivor with empathetic skills, that I use to help others to heal. My spiritual practice started as an escape from life and now my life is my spiritual practice.
