Teaching style:
My non-dogmatic classes are mindful, powerful, and enthusiastic, creating a welcoming space for all levels, genders, and origins. I incorporate breathwork, gong healing sounds, consciously arranged soundtracks, movement, and meditation into my sessions making them an accessible, relaxing, and transformative experience.

Certified Gong Master Practitioner Level 1-3 by Kay Karl, Certified Kundalini, Yin & Yoga Nidrā Facilitator, Transformational Breathwork, Mindfulness & Meditation Coach, Hellenistic Astrologer, and Movement Researcher
