“To me, spirituality is a mysterious and elusive quality that defies any definition or characterization. Or, in Osho’s words, “the more we talk about spirituality, the more we talk it away”. Hence I should stop talking right here. But I am human and can’t resist trying…

to capture the uncapturable. In a dualistic world, spirituality seems to refer to ultimate questions of human existence and transcendence beyond religious boundaries; to an individual’s inner journey in search for purpose, meaning and connectedness – with self, others, nature, and the transcendent. My perhaps most simple description looks at spirituality as an exploration of consciousness.
