In our coaching session you will be supported in your individual development. You can come with a specific topic or without and we'll see what comes up in the process. We will work focused, results-oriented and discrete to clarify and reach your objectives. In my coachings I blend modern and ancient approaches including meditation, wisdom systems, science of the mind, systemic coaching and transactional analysis.

Inner work is at the heart of self-leadership. We will work on your capability to transform into more resonant versions of yourself— to grow with purpose, and have a positive impact in the world.

800h+ Certified Yoga & Meditation Teacher, various meditation retreats across the globe, student of asian philosophy in Japan, Founder of meditation education platform Onyra & of leadership consultancy Mind Inc., Author of various meditation (teacher) manuals and guides

Life wisdom:
