Meditation: The Art of Ecstasy by Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh

“I enjoyed a 1970’s hippie childhood; my parents would always be off to India, Afghanistan, Nepal, China, and the house was filled with Mandalas, Buddhas, Shivas and esoteric books. I never paid much attention to it then, thinking it was ‘normal’. Later, in my twenties,  I discovered Integral Yoga Institute of New York, and the legacy of Sri Swami Satchidananda. And it was then that I started cultivating these wonderful seeds that had been planted when I was a kid.

After my first yoga training in the Himalayas, by Indian teachers who grew up in the tradition, my feelings were confirmed: I wanted to help others discover these tools of breath, asana, meditation and ancient philosophy to help them calm their minds as well. I’m privileged that I have students who still allow me to do what I love doing most!
