Join us for this 3-day Nervous System Reset Yoga & Wellbeing retreat facilitated by our amazing teacher and coach Maria Priczkat and guest teachers Annika Pfeiffer (ŌHIA WAVE) as well as Sandra Treydte (Psychotropic Breath), just 1 hour outside of Berlin in a beautiful estate in Uckermark. This is the ultimate ŌHIA retreat experience with a carefully curated offering of Vinyasa and Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Meditation, Coaching, Sound Baths, ŌHIA WAVE, Psychotropic Breath and nourishing Detox Food.

If you are regularly facing restlessness, anxiety or other forms of chronic stress that make you feel disconnected from your body or too much in your head, it is usually a sign that your nervous system is not regulated. Our nervous system automatically reacts to stress in a split second, much faster than we can react rationally. When we experience high levels of anxiety, we are constantly living in fight-or-flight mode. In this day and age, many people are experiencing an overactive fight-or-flight response due to an increasingly stressful lifestyle. During this mode, your sympathetic nervous system is activated, which causes your heart rate and blood pressure to increase, your muscles to constrict, and your digestion to take a break. In this state, the body releases cortisol, adrenaline, noradrenaline, and a host of hormones that may decrease white blood cells. Living in fight-or-flight mode takes up an enormous amount of energy, and our bodies cannot keep up with the demands long term. Over time, the body and mind begin to shut down and we get illness and disease as a result.
In this 3 day retreat you will practice and learn techniques to rebalance your nervous system while managing the ups and downs of your daily life. It will help you to reenter a state of calm, mental relaxation and physical ease. The newly gained knowledge can support a long-term shift towards connecting to your inner peace.

Our retreat is open to all levels, although some yoga experience is recommended.
Your facilitator: Maria is a certified Yoga and Meditation teacher in various styles and a Sound Healer. Suffering from the mental and physical consequences of dealing with chronic stress in the past herself, she has focused her work around nervous system regulation, as a support in dealing with chronic stress, burnout or anxiety. Her mission is to connect mind, body and spirit through movement, breath and mediation. She believes that to heal the connection to our planet, we must first heal the connection to ourselves.
Musician & Muse: Sandra is trained and certified in Meditation, Remedial Massage Therapy, Breathwork, Mindfulness, Pedagogy and Biology.
Sandra’s teaching style is rooted in creating a nurturing and safe environment, where participants feel invited and encouraged to explore the richness of their inner world. She believes in gently opening the door to deep experiences while ensuring a solid foundation of support.
As a very special treat she will join as a guest teacher and hold a 90min Psychotropic Breath session during our retreat.
Nutrition expert and ŌHIA WAVE teacher: Certified Holistic Nutritional Advisor and previous kitchen head of Jivamukti Canteen. She will serve you with mouth watering and aromatic creations of predominantly alkaline foods, influenced from Ayurveda, which will boost your body’s own detoxification – plant based, colorful and wholesome. As a movement teacher and co-developer of the ŌHIA WAVE, Music Artist and certified Aroma Expert Annika will add special offerings to the Retreat.
Included: homemade vegan breakfast, lunch and dinner tailored to regulate the nervous system. To ensure a balanced vegan diet the menu is curated by detox & nutrition specialist Annika Pfeiffer.

Rooms & Accomodation:

By car: From Berlin you reach the Gutshaus via A11 – direction to Prenzlau. Approx. 1 – 1,5 hours ride from Berlin. We will connect you with other retreat participants for car pooling.
By train: From Berlin Central Station take the train “Regio RE3” to ANGERMÜNDE or ANGERMÜNDE/ WILMERSDORFT. From here you will have to change into a bus to TEMPLIN and to FRIEDENFELDE. 2-3 hours travel from Berlin.
Please let us know your pricing option. We will then ask you to pay a 800€ deposit to secure your spot. The remaining cost will have to be paid 6 weeks prior to the retreat.
