Join us for this 3-day Nervous System Reset Yoga & Wellbeing retreat facilitated by our amazing teacher Ulrike Schablin and guest teachers Annika Pfeiffer (ŌHIA WAVE) as well as Rawad Traboulsi (Hypnosis), just 1 hour outside of Berlin in a beautiful estate in Uckermark. This is the ultimate ŌHIA retreat experience with a carefully curated offering of Vinyasa, Jivamukti and Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Meditation, Coaching, Sound Baths, ŌHIA WAVE, Hypnosis and nourishing Detox Food.

If you regularly experience restlessness, anxiety, or ongoing stress that leaves you feeling disconnected from your body or stuck in your head, it’s often a sign that your nervous system is dysregulated. Our nervous system reacts to stress in a split second, far faster than our rational mind can keep up with. When anxiety becomes frequent or intense, we slip into a constant fight-or-flight state.
Today, many people live with an overactive fight-or-flight response simply because modern life is increasingly demanding. In this state, the sympathetic nervous system takes over: heart rate and blood pressure rise, muscles tighten, digestion slows, and the body releases cortisol, adrenaline, noradrenaline, and other stress hormones. Over time, this hormonal surge can weaken the immune system by reducing white blood cells.
Living in fight-or-flight consumes a tremendous amount of energy, and the body cannot maintain this level of demand indefinitely. Eventually, both body and mind begin to shut down, increasing the risk of illness and disease.
In this 3-day retreat, you’ll explore and practice techniques designed to rebalance your nervous system. These practices will help you return to a state of calm, mental ease, and physical relaxation. The insights you gain can support a lasting shift toward reconnecting with your inner peace.

Our retreat is open to all levels, although some yoga experience is recommended.
Ulrike has been a dedicated BodyWorker for more than 30 years and began her yoga journey over two decades ago.

Her main passion lies in yoga anatomy and in sharing the healing power of this practice with others.
Qualifications:
Rawad is a certified yoga teacher, certified hypnotist and sound facilitator with a background in software engineering. His work weaves Yin, hypnosis, energy practices and sound to support nervous system balance and deep inner rest. He focuses on creating clear, grounded experiences that help people reconnect with themselves in a simple and practical way. As a guest teacher, he will offer a focused hypnosis and sound session designed to bring calm, clarity and spaciousness into the retreat.
Annika is a HP PT, movement teacher, certified aroma expert, music artist, and co-developer of the ŌHIA WAVE. In her work, she weaves together somatic movement, music, scent, and therapeutic awareness to create spaces of deep regulation, embodiment, and inner connection.
As a WAVE Guest Teacher, Annika offers a unique ŌHIA WAVE experience – an immersive, fluid movement journey that supports the nervous system, invites emotional release, and reconnects participants with their natural rhythm and vitality. Her sessions open a transformative field where body, mind, and sensory awareness meet, allowing participants to explore presence, expression, and integration on a profound level.
Included: homemade vegan breakfast, lunch and dinner tailored to regulate the nervous system. To ensure a balanced vegan diet the menu is curated by detox & nutrition specialist Annika Pfeiffer.
English (however all ŌHIA staff members also speak German for individual questions/assists)

By car: From Berlin you reach the Gutshaus via A11 – direction to Prenzlau. Approx. 1 – 1,5 hours ride from Berlin. We will connect you with other retreat participants for car pooling.
By train: From Berlin Central Station take the train “Regio RE3” to ANGERMÜNDE or ANGERMÜNDE/ WILMERSDORFT. From here you will have to change into a bus to TEMPLIN and to FRIEDENFELDE. 2-3 hours travel from Berlin.
