ŌHIA is a sanctuary of serenity, a path to inner peace. Position: Community Manager (full-/part-time), Berlin
General Description
You will join our journey in bringing more inner peace and happiness into the world. You will represent our brand and its values at our Berlin studio and, together with our studio manager, be responsible for the overall customer experience and turn customers into fans.
Your Role
- Represent our brand and its values by being the face to the customer
- Make sure that customers leave our studio with a smile and turn them into fans
- Make sure that all class and changing rooms and are always well-prepared before and after class
- In close collaboration with our studio manager, you manage the overall customer experience and all studio processes (classes, workshops, shop, operations)
- Be an expert and advice customers about our studio offerings (classes/schedule, workshops, class packages/memberships and retail products)
- Help to manage the shop by ensuring products are on stock and ready to sell
What we look for
- You have worked in customer-oriented settings such as a studio or store (or similar), ideally you have first experiences in the field of yoga/meditation/spirituality
- You love to interact with customers and take the extra mile to offer them a great experience
- You are open-minded, positive and reliable
- You are a team player, are results-oriented and like to take the initiative
- You are fluent in English and German

Studio Manager (Full-time)
ŌHIA creates a boutique city-retreat for mind, body and spirit, for the first time in the middle of Berlin. We want to make modern spirituality visible, accessible and inspiring. ŌHIA is a sanctuary of serenity focusing on meditation but also offering sound baths, energy work, yoga, coaching, inspiring workshops and events, as well as a natural self-care shop. POSITION: Studio Manager (full-time), Berlin
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
You will join our journey in bringing more inner peace and happiness into the world. You will represent our brand and its values at our Berlin studio and be responsible for the overall customer experience, successful seamless studio processes and for our studio staff.
YOUR ROLE
- Represent our brand and its values
- Manage, lead and develop our community manager team and teacher community
- Be responsible for the overall customer experience and all studio processes (classes, shop, operations, maintenance)
- Help to define key processes and best practices based on our brand values and implement them efficiently and seamlessly
- Manage our studio staff and shift plans, as well as sub lists for teachers
- Support in managing the shop ensuring products are on stock and ready to sell/ scouting new brands
- Organize workshops, events, retreats and shape our programme with your ideas
- Be the go to person for customers and teachers
- Support management with admin tasks (invoices, payments, customer care etc.)
- Responsible for hiring, training and developing new staff
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
- You hold a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification
- You have a minimum of two years of experience in managing a business or store (or similar), ideally you have first experiences in the field of yoga/meditation/spirituality
- You have managed a team/shift plans and are a mastermind when it comes to organizing and setting priorities
- You love to interact with customers and take the extra mile to offer them a great experience
- You are an open-minded and positive person
- You are a team player, results-oriented, reliable and like to take the initiative
- You feel comfortable working with different tools & systems and are great with admin tasks
- You have sufficient knowledge of MS-Office (Excel, Powerpoint etc.)
- You are fluent in German and English
