Position: Community Manager (full-/part-time), Berlin
General Description
You will join our journey in bringing more inner peace and happiness into the world. You will represent our brand and its values at our Berlin studio and, together with our studio manager, be responsible for the overall customer experience and turn customers into fans.
Your Role
- Represent our brand and its values by being the face to the customer
- Make sure that customers leave our studio with a smile and turn them into fans
- Make sure that all class and changing rooms and are always well-prepared before and after class
- In close collaboration with our studio manager, you manage the overall customer experience and all studio processes (classes, workshops, shop, operations)
- Be an expert and advice customers about our studio offerings (classes/schedule, workshops, class packages/memberships and retail products)
- Help to manage the shop by ensuring products are on stock and ready to sell
What we look for
- You have worked in customer-oriented settings such as a studio or store (or similar), ideally you have first experiences in the field of yoga/meditation/spirituality
- You love to interact with customers and take the extra mile to offer them a great experience
- You are open-minded, positive and reliable
- You are a team player, are results-oriented and like to take the initiative
- You are fluent in English and German

We make modern spirituality visible, accessible, and deeply experiential.
General Description
We are seeking an experienced and values-driven leader to take on a key leadership role at our studio. As General Manager, you will be the operational heart of ŌHIA, representing our brand and its values in our Berlin sanctuary. You will be responsible for the seamless day-to-day operations, the holistic customer experience, and the leadership of our internal team. You will also serve as the primary point of contact for our external teaching community, ensuring clear communication, schedule alignment, and a consistent guest experience. This is a unique opportunity to step fully into a leadership role with purpose, presence, and perspective.
Your Role
Brand & Guest Experience
- Represent and embody our brand values — with warmth, clarity, and integrity
- Ensure a consistently elevated guest journey from check-in to final savasana
- Maintain a calm, welcoming, and well-organised studio atmosphere
Operations & Process Management
- Oversee and refine all daily studio operations: classes, customer care, studio flow, and facilities
- Develop and implement processes that align with our vision — intuitive, efficient, and heart-led
- Manage shift planning, scheduling systems, and daily workflows
Team & Teacher Leadership
- Lead and support our studio team, including community managers and internal teachers
- Manage hiring, onboarding, development, and performance of studio staff
- Liaise with external teachers to ensure clear communication, schedule alignment, and shared quality standards
Programs & Retail
- Co-create and coordinate our program of classes, workshops, special events and retreats
- Oversee retail operations: inventory, product curation, merchandising, and vendor relations
Financial and business performance
- Monitor studio performance, budgets, and KPIs
- Manage payroll and basic bookkeeping
- Report to stakeholders and manage P&L
What you bring
- 3-5 years of experience in operations, hospitality, retail, or wellness environments
- A proven ability to lead teams and create structure in dynamic, customer-facing environments
- A hands-on mindset with a strong sense for both planning and implementation
- Deep alignment with ŌHIA’s mission and a genuine interest in meditation, spirituality, or holistic wellness
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and a presence that fosters trust and collaboration
- Fluency in English and ideally in German
- Confidence in working with standard tools (such as MS Office, Google Drive, scheduling, and POS systems)
