Too many! At the moment I’m reading The Body Keeps the Score  by Bessel van der Kolk

And this is the one thing I practice every day. When I wake up, I thank that I am alive. That I was given yet another day. Another breath. Another heart beat.

To do what I feel is right, to do what brings joy to me and others. Every savasana, every meditation, every massage or whatever I teach or practice – the essence is to open our eyes to wake up and to realize we are alive.
