About Toni:
Toni is Advanced certified Jivamukti Yoga Teacher and Khalsa Way Pre-und Postnatal Yoga Teacher, living and teaching in Berlin for more than 6 years. She has studied Yoga with Sharon Gannon and David Life and many renowned Berlin based teachers.

“Yoga or Yoking means connecting with our heart, with our soul, with our body, with each other, with every living being, with our environment and, above all, with our shared higher self. Building these little bridges every day and reminding myself that everything is one is what fills me with all my heart and what I would like to pass on as a yoga teacher.”

“The experience of yoga is union – yoking to the true Self. We reconnect to the inside and realise that this connection leads to every living being on this planet. Being spiritual means realising that we are not separate and alone, but deeply connected to each other and that we have to care for each other and for this planet in order to be healthy and happy.

It also means promoting peace and creating an atmosphere of non-violence, ahimsa, in which others become able to do the same. Through compassion for all beings we gain the enlightening experience of yoga.
