The aim of our sessions is to empower you to rewire your own brain and help you access deep altered states of transformation in order to change your habituated unconscious patterns more easily. Using a dynamic and multi level system of change work, we combine a blend of conversational hypnosis, Neuro-Linguistics, and processes created from the latest research in cognitive neuroscience and Mind-Body work to help: Change emotional states, internal dialogue and belief systems | Manage Chronic Pain and anxiety | Improve performance and increase motivation | Address emotional eating and eating disorders | Work with wounded internal parts | Manage undesired reactions and interactions
SomatoEmotional Releases® (SER) Session (EN)
These sessions provide us with a framework and toolkit for working with the body tissues at the same time as with the emotions, to work towards a ‘release’ of any retained trauma. Working hands-on -sometimes assisted by dialogue, sometimes not, we listen to and learn from both mind and body to facilitate the release of the affected tissue concurrently with the resolution of the associated emotional issue. SER® and the tools of CranioSacral Therapy combine all aspects of human nature - physical, mental, emotional and spiritual - into one approach that can facilitate tremendous change and growth in a person’s life.

Life wisdom:
Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom. (Viktor Frankl)

Favourite book:
The Creative Act by Rick Rubin

“O ne of the learnings I’ve come to understand on my journey, is that there are so many parts, colours, textures, that make up who we are. That there is so much space for everything to co-exist and so much freedom that comes when we release the need to be or do one thing. That we are here to play so many parts and roles and sometimes forget that it’s just that, PLAY.

My constant self inquiry asks how I can live in harmony with all these different parts and aspects that make up who I am. How I can reconcile parts that seemingly feel opposite yet that bring so much wholeness into my being. How I can trust my own voice, my own impulses, my own body, to guide me into this journey of authenticity and wholeness.
