Hypnosis (DE/EN)

The subconscious is incredibly powerful. Unfortunately, it often gets in people's ways due to old and limiting conditioning. With hypnosis deep-seated conditionings such as negative belief systems and behavior patterns can be dissolved and replaced with new, helpful and self-supporting ones. To liberate ourselves from these programs with willpower alone would take a long time. Hypnosis is so effective because it works right at the roots in the unconscious mind. In a session with me I can help you to dissolve and reprogram whatever is holding you back from embodying your best version. Potential topics: release emotional blockages, heal the inner child, strengthen self-love & confidence, find internal freedom through forgiveness, dissolve self-destructive behavior such as overeating, procrastination or social-media-addiction.

What to expect:
Together we will work on healing and integrating your inner child, change negative belief systems and behavior patterns into supporting ones, strengthen your self-love and confidence and to program your subconscious mind in a way that it supports you in whatever you want to manifest and achieve.
