My holistic approach is bridging the science of Music Psychology, ancient teachings of Yoga and essentials of Intuitive Balinese Massage and Reiki. It's a tailor-made experience according to your needs. Mindful listening or music making can deeply touch, move, connect and raise awareness. The intentional use of Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls, soothing voice, music and guidance support a meditative state and empowerment. Sound Therapy is for you if you want to get out of your head and into your feelings and body. Access your inner wisdom, find solutions, reduce stress and elevate your vibration to tap into your full potential.

What to expect:
I see myself as a creator of a sacred space accompanied by the uplifting powers of sound and music to balance mind, spirit, mood and body with ease.

Certified Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowl Practitioner, Certified Sound of Yoga Teacher, B.A. Musicology, Certified Balinese Intuitive Massage Practitioner, Reiki Level 1, 300h+ Certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher, Certified Hormone Yoga Teacher
