Join us for this 6-day Inner peace Yoga & Wellbeing retreat facilitated by our amazing teacher Aleks Kop on the coast of Montenegro, where the small coastal town of Buljarica unfolds like a hidden gem cradled between majestic mountains and the tranquil embrace of the Adriatic Sea. Immerse yourself in the profound teachings of nature’s elements Earth, Water, Fire, and Air as we guide you on a transformative journey back to the core of your being. This retreat is a beautiful self-care get-away into nature & sun, helping you remember the pleasures of living a life of aliveness and unveiling the wisdom of the 4 Elements of Nature. It offers a unique opportunity to delve deep into those elemental forces, fostering a holistic understanding of their influence on your life.

Next to daily yoga sessions, meditation, breathwork, journaling exercises, coaching workshops and much more, there will also be plenty of time to relax, recharge, explore and spend time with the community or just with yourself.
In the in-between moments, we’ll adventure into the natural gifts of Montenegro, with the second longest beach of the country being only a 15 min walk away and various walking trails nearby. From hiking and exploring, to afternoons by the crystal clear sea – we will reconnect with the healing powers & presence of Mother Nature, as well as exploring the rich history and charming streets of the nearest coastal towns. Surrounded by the four elements of earth, air, sun and water, this location provides an optimal space to foster the connection to yourself and embody deep transformation.

- 2 daily yoga classes – including both activating yoga (Vinyasa) and restorative practices like Yin & Yoga Nidra
- Daily meditations & gentle breathwork sessions
- Daily journaling & gratitude exercises
- 2 additional coaching workshops
- 1:1 Coaching Sessions with Aleks
- Free time to daydream, swim, explore the surroundings, take walks, nap, read or journal (we will organize optional group excursions to the beaches or a trip to the nearby coastal town)
- Not included: You can also book massages and treatments, further 1:1 sessions with Aleks to dive even deeper, Paddle boarding at Bay Buljarica or a boat tour from Buljarica beach

Our retreat is open to all levels, although some yoga experience is recommended.
Aleks Kop
Your facilitator: Aleks focuses on inspiring spirituality and wellbeing through her Confidence & Spiritual Business Coaching programs, extensive Yoga Movement guidance and numerous brand events. To her, coming back home to ourselves and creating more space for understanding, equality and compassion is so needed to move forward in nowadays world. She teaches regularly at ŌHIA and offer Workshops and 1:1 Coaching Sessions.

(SOLD OUT) Basic Single Ensuite – This is a basic room for one person with its own bathroom. It is located on the ground floor, which is close to the communal living area. This room has no balcony or seaview; its window faces the street and garden. 2.200€ for single
(SOLD OUT) Seaview Ensuite – This double room comes with a tranquil sea view, private bathroom, access to the yoga terrace and a comfortable double bed or two single beds. 2.000€ per person for double, 3.600€ for single occupancy i.e. you have the room to yourself
Mountain View Ensuite with balcony – This double room has a beautiful view on the mountains and comes with its private balcony, own bathroom and a comfortable double bed or two single beds. 2.200€ per person for double, 3.900€ for single occupancy i.e. you have the room to yourself
Seaview Apartment with balcony – This private sanctuary for 2 has a beautiful balcony with a view of the sea, a living space, with a kitchen, a comfortable double bed / two single beds and a fireplace. The private bathroom comes with a beautiful bathtub. 2.500€ per person for two.

Directions
How to get there
We recommend booking a flight that arrives at Podgorica Airport (TGD). If you are not able to fly into Podgorica, there is also another airport in Tivat. You can take a taxi from Tivat airport to the retreat location for around 40 euros. You may also be able to travel by bus, which may be slightly cheaper. It is also possible to come from Dubrovnik airport. It usually costs around 100€ by taxi. Another possibility would be to rent a car, we can put you in contact with fellow guests to share a ride. It’s great to have the freedom to jump in the car and freely explore the region.

Please let us know your pricing option. We will then ask you to pay a 800€ deposit to secure your spot. The remaining cost will have to be paid 6 weeks prior to the retreat (until 26.07.2024).
