During our 1:1 session we will dive into the blockages and stories that are holding you back, keeping you playing small or stuck in pain. Through a beautiful symphony of conscious connected breathwork, sound, meditation, grounded touch, mindset exploration and energy work we will illuminate more of your truest Self that is only waiting to come back online and be expressed! The greatest gifts are waiting to be unlocked on the other side of your greatest challenges!

What to expect:
Conscious Connected Breathwork interwoven with sound activations, meditation and grounded touch. The sound activations encompass the pristine frequencies of Crystal Tones® Sound Bowls as well as channelled transmissions through my voice. These methods are designed to bring you back into your heart, your truth, creating a permission slip for your truest expression to come forward
