About Franka:
Franka completed several Yoga and Pilates teacher trainings around the world with renowned teachers and has found her personal style throughout. In her teaching, she integrates body, mind and the practical aspects of lasting wellbeing. With a focus on creative flow and balanced energy, her classes aim to help her students reach beyond their perceived limitations and support their hidden strengths.

“Working in a fast-paced environment in the centre of Berlin and spending long hours in front of digital screens, constantly receiving and giving input, I turned to yoga to live a healthier and more peaceful life.

My love of movement has taken me around the world, trying out many styles and studios from Sydney to New York, incorporating Dynamic Vinyasa, Yin Yoga and Power Yoga. These travels have shaped my personal style of teaching.
