Favourite book:
The Four Agreements by Miguel Ruiz

“For years I was looking for happiness in all the different places: travelling around the world, meeting great people, changing careers and so on.  In the society I grew up in, the suggested path is to look outside for what brings you joy.

But once I started diving deeper into Yoga philosophy, I understood that what I am looking for can only be found within me. Everything that I’ve been looking for was always there, I just couldn’t see it. For me to stay connected to this wisdom means to practise yoga.
