What I offer at ŌHIA:

Yoga (DE/EN)
Yoga is a tool for self realisation, mainly practised through Yoga postures (asana) in combination with Breath and Meditation. Through that we are supporting our mostly restless mind to turn our mind inwards and become single focused. In a private session you have the opportunity to learn the basics at the beginning of your practice or to deepen your existing yoga practice on an individual level.

Nervous System Regulation 1:1 Coaching (DE/EN)
Nervous system regulation is the foundation to everything in your life. It’s what allows you to support yourself on the path towards: Decreasing levels of anxiety, depression, hopelessness, apathy, overwhelm, burnout and chronic stress. Bringing your internal systems into rest so you can find relief from chronic pain, chronic illness, disrupted sleep, digestive issues or autoimmune disorders. Feeling safe internally so you can experience intimacy, belonging, vulnerability, love, trust and connection to yourself and others. Freeing up mental capacity to drive towards your true purpose and to let in creativity and inspiration. Knowing where you are in your nervous system and using the right tools that meet your needs, will be the best support on your path towards homeostasis. We start by understanding where you are in your nervous system, tailor the tools to your individual needs.

What to expect:
Through rebalancing your nervous system while managing the ups and downs of your daily life, you will reenter a state of calm, mental relaxation and physical ease. This is the foundation for long-term change toward connecting with your inner peace.

Favourite book:
The Four Agreements by Miguel Ruiz

“For years I was looking for happiness in all the different places: travelling around the world, meeting great people, changing careers and so on.  In the society I grew up in, the suggested path is to look outside for what brings you joy.

But once I started diving deeper into Yoga philosophy, I understood that what I am looking for can only be found within me. Everything that I’ve been looking for was always there, I just couldn’t see it. For me to stay connected to this wisdom means to practise yoga.
