Somatic Movement Therapy (EN)
Somatic Movement Therapy is perfect for people in pain (physical or emotional). It has also been very helpful in movement coordination for people with cerebral palsy, Parkinson’s or other movement disorders.
Assisted Stretching
Assisted Stretching is great for people who are tight or seeking sports recovery (such as after training hard or post-marathon. It’s also ideal before or after travel (such as pre-flight/ post-flight stretch).
Lymphatic Massage
Lymphatic Massage is for people who suffer from swelling, clogged sinuses, trouble breathing while sleeping, underlying immune conditions or for those who are recovering from surgery.

What to expect:
You can expect to receive gentle yet profound bodywork that is hand-tailored to meet your specific needs and goals. I use light touches from cranio-sacral therapy that cradle and release your head, neck & jaw as well as your back and sacral area. I stretch your body using resistance stretching techniques to increase your range of motion and open up pathways in the fascial tissues and neuro-muscular system. You can expect different types of touches designed to access your different underlying systems that support full body balance. Depending on your needs, we might work with: your lymphatic system (gentle and soothing touches), your bones, organs and reflexology of the foot (penetrating touch that releases blockages and restores your energy), your nervous system (vagus nerve calming, for instance), your cerebral spinal rhythms (these put you into deep states of relaxation, great for releasing built up stress) and your body-mind connection (using visualization, expressive arts therapy and somatic awareness exercises to release embodied traumas). This is gentle and interactive somatic based bodywork and embodiment coaching each session is uniquely tailored for YOU. Your specific needs, goals and pleasures will shape your treatment plan.

My sessions are fully clothed, please wear something loose that you can bend and move in.  For a full-body lymphatic massages please wear a bikini underneath your clothes.

Favourite book:
“Molecules of Emotion” by Dr. Candice Pert

“All parts of you deserve equal rights to expression.  In this somatic practice of acknowledging all parts of ourselves, we observe without judgment and claim the right to move and express (sometimes through our shadow – these hidden parts of ourselves) – to release and to find our way forward and to find our balance.  We are then able to integrate the non-integrated or fractured or dissociated parts of ourselves and once again feel whole and complete.

And in this quest for wholeness and the deep desire within ourselves to make meaning and to find unity, identity, belonging and personal power – is the spiritual core of our healing journey.  I really enjoy being in dialogue and supporting people on their healing journey – it is what makes me feel alive – and that is why I do this work.  We don’t have to do it alone.  We all need a little support sometimes. And in fact, I think support is what will set us up for success and liberation.
